As students our actions are limited, but this barrier can't stop us from doing our part as members

of the
community. Great outcome comes from small things by first informing other individuals via social media
and other type of communication channels, on how important and beneficial it is for everyone to work
hand in hand to achieve our goals which is to have clean and safe water, sanitation and affordable clean
energy. Ofcourse, it would be much pleasing if we ourselves have started practicing such personal
hygiene behaviours that rely on using clean water, avoiding throwing wastes and chemicals to our
waters and avoiding the burning of plastics. Secondly, as students, upon knowing the deficiencies in our
community, let us be the voices of change by reaching out to officials or even SKs and share our possible
and favorable ideas on how to prevent the dumping of chemicals and waste into our community,
investing in sanitation and raising awareness on best hygiene practices, ensuring everyone to have
access to clean, affordable, reliable and modern energy, investing in renewable energy and
disseminating its use, and putting in place energy saving policies.
