expectation placed upon her.

As a Program Director of the Peer Power Foundation, I have worked with hundreds of young
adults over the years. I can say, unequivocally, that Caley was a shining example of what is
considered an ideal Success Coach with our organization. Caley consistently performed to such a
high degree that she was asked on multiple occasions to represent her peers and the organization
in presentations and discussions. Such occasions included presentations to the Dean of the College
of Education at the University of Memphis to discuss our growing partnership with the university.

Since then, I know that Caley has continued to grow professionally and academically as an
educator and leader amongst her peers. As I am sure you have seen through her resume and
transcripts, she is uncompromisingly dedicated to being an agent of change in whatever
environment or community in which she finds herself. An individual of Caley’s caliber will only
serve as an inspiration to those around her.
