िडजाइन, िनमाण और रखरखाव के िलए िज-मेदार ह0 |/ The Civil Engineering Programme Office (CEPO) at ISRO Headquarters,
Bangalore and Construction and Maintenance Division (CMDs) located at various ISRO Centres/Units are
responsible for planning, design, construction and maintenance of all ground based structures, buildings and
associated utilities to cater to the Space Programme.

$या हेतु आवेदन कर सकते है। ऑनलाइन अवेदन ही (वीकाय है | पंजीकरण के प7ात, वेदक
को ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण संया दान क जाएगी ,िजसे भिवय म संदभ के िलए संभाल कर रखा जाना चािहए। आवेदक का ई-

How to apply: The application for on-line registration will be hosted in the ISRO web-site between 24.09.2019 and
14.10.2019. The candidates registered under National Career Services (NCS) portal and fulfilling the eligibility conditions
may apply duly following the procedure stated. Applications will be received on-line only. Upon registration, applicants will be
provided with an on-line Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference. E-mail ID of
the applicant will have to be given in the application compulsorily. The last date for submitting on-line application is
14.10.2019.

कायरत ह0 , उनको ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने के बाद संबंिधत िनयो&ा से 4ा5 ‘अनापिD 4माणपA’ अिनवाय 8प से भेजना होगा
िजसके पीछे पंजीकरण संFया तथा पद संFया को दशाते Gए वHरI 4शासन अिधकारी (भत<), इसरो मुFयालय, अंतHर भवन,

:यू बी.एल.रोड, ब-गलूJ-560 094 को दो हKते के अंदर और 6कसी भी िCथित म- 28.10.2019 तक भेजना होगा। /No
Objection Certificate: Candidates who are employed under Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings or
Autonomous Bodies, etc. have to submit `No Objection Certificate’ from the employer concerned duly indicating the name
and Reg. No. to Sr. Administrative Officer (RMT), ISRO Headquarters, Antariksh Bhavan, New BEL Road, Bengaluru – 560
094, within two weeks of submission of online application, and in any case not later than 28.10.2019.

् : 4त्येक आवेदन के िलए आवेदन शुलक ् ₹.100/- (8पये एक सौ माA) होगा। अभ्यथ< इ:टरनेट ब0Mकग/डेिबट
काड Nारा ‘ऑनलाइन’ या नजदीक1 भारतीय स्टेट ब0क क1 शाखा म- जाकर ‘ऑफलाइन’ भुगतान कर सकते ह0। आवेदन ऑनलाइन
जमा करने के प7ात अभ्यथ< तOकाल या शु)क भुगतान क1 अंितम तारीख अथात 16.10.2019 से पूव 6कसी भी 6दन आवेदन

शु)क का भुगतान कर सकते ह0। परं तु 6कसी भी अनापेित, िनलंिबत या असफल लेनदेन क1 समCया से बचने हेतु अयथ<य को
13.10.2019 से पूव ही भुगतान पूरा करने क1 सलाह दी जाती है। ऑनलाइन भुगतान करने वाले अय

मामले म- अनुपालन क1 जाने वाली 46Vया नीचे दी गई है:/ Application Fee: The Application Fee is ₹100/- (Rupees One
Hundred Only) for each application. Candidates may make the payment ‘online’ using Internet Banking/Debit Card or ‘Offline’
by visiting nearest SBI Branch. Candidates after submitting their application can pay application fee immediately or any day
before the last date for fee payment which is 16.10.2019. The last date for submitting online application is 14.10.2019.
Candidates are, however, advised to make online payment by 13.10.2019 to avoid any unexpected transaction
failures/issues. [Candidates making online payment may kindly note that ISRO shall not be responsible for pending
transactions or transaction failures. Candidates may contact their Banks and ensure successful payment of application fee.
Candidates may utilize alternative methods of payment (Offline payment) if required. Ensuring a ‘successful payment’ from
“Payment Status” link in ISRO’s website is mandatory for the candidates]. The process followed for each case is shown
below:
(1) य6द कोई अयथ< तOकाल आवेदन शु)क जमा करना चाहता है तो आवेदन जमा करने के बाद पंजीकरण संFया दशाते Gए
उसे एक वेब पृX 6दखाई देगा। उसी पृX पर “भुगतान कर” बटन मौजूद होगा, िजसे अयथ< िYलक कर सकता है और िनZानुसार
भुगतान 46Vया का अनुसरण कर सकता है, जो पारा 6 म- है | / If candidate desires to pay application fee immediately then he
on submitting application will be shown a web page displaying registration number. On same web page, there exists “Make
Payment” button which candidate may click and follow the payment process as outlined below

(2) य6द कोई अयथ< बाद म- शु)क भुगतान करना चाहता है तो वह िवापन पृ( म दशाए गए *लक “भुगतान कर ” Uलक पर
जाकर िव[ापन क1 अंितम तारीख के पूव भुगतान कर सकता है। अयथ< को अपनी पंजीकरण संFया, ज:म-ितिथ भरने के बाद
“भुगतान कर ” बटन पर िYलक करना होगा और िनZानुसार भुगतान 46Vया का अनुसरण करना होगा/ If the candidate wants

to pay application fee later, he/she can pay the fee before closure of the advertisement by accessing the link “Make
Payment” link available in advertisement page. Candidate has to provide his/her registration number, Date of Birth and
later click on the “Make Payment” button and follow the payment process as outlined below at Para 6.

Payment button will be redirected to State Bank Multi Option Payments Systems (MOPS) page. The candidate may
choose one of the payment modes shown below for making payment.

ऑफलाइन तरीका/Offline mode:-

पूव- मु6?त चालान(अयथ< चालान को डाउनलोड कर मु6?त करने के बाद, चालान जारी होने के तीन 6दन के अंदर या भुगतान
करने हेतु अंितम 6दन, जो भी पहले हो, से पूव Cटेट ब0क ऑफ इं िडया क1 6कसी भी शाखा म- आवेदन का शु)क नगद भुगतान कर
सकता है। यह चालान जारी होने के 6दनांक से माA आगले तीन 6दन के िलए वैध होगा। य6द भुगतान तीन 6दन क1 सीमा के
अंदर नहS 6कया गया तो ऐसे चालान को असफल माना जाएगा। तथािप, य6द आवTयक हो, तो अयथ< नया चालान दुबारा
जारी कर सकता है अथवा वैकि)पक 8प से ऑनलाइन भुगतान कर सकता है) / Pre-printed SBI Challan [Candidates should
download, print and pay the application fees in cash at any SBI Branch within 3 days of generation of challan or last day
stipulated for payment, whichever is earlier]. The challan will be valid for the next three days only, from date of generation. If
payment is not made within 3 days the challans, which are older than the specified time will be deemed unsuccessful.
However, the candidate may regenerate fresh challan, if required or alternatively, make online payment.

नोट/Note: हालां6क, इसरो Nारा िलया जाने वाला आवेदन शु)क सभी भुगतान मोडो के िलए सामान है, परंतु ब0क के 4भार

तथा कर अलग-अलग हो सकते ह0। अतः, यह आवTयक है 6क अयथ< 6दए गए अनुदश े  का सावधानीपूवक अनुपालन कर- । नेट
ब0Mकग तथा डेिबट काड Nारा भुगतान के मामले म-, अयथ< Nारा सफलतापूवक भुगतान करने पर उसे इसरो वेब पोटल पर
पुनःिनद]िशत 6कया जाएगा तथा लेन-देन के (यौरे दशाने वाला पृX 4द
शत होगा/ (i)Though application fee charged by ISRO is
same across the payment modes the bank charges and taxes may vary. Therefore candidates are required to carefully follow
the instructions shown. In case of Net banking and debit cards payments, the candidate on successful payment will be
redirected to ISRO web portal and shown a page displaying transaction details.
(ii)पूरी भुगतान 46Vया के दौरान, कृ पया Hर_े श या बैक बटन न िYलक कर- अ:यथा पूरी 46कया र` हो जाएगी।/ During entire
payment processing do not click REFRESH or BACK button, else session will be aborted.

(iii)कृपया भुगतान के तरीके (नेट ब0Mकग, डेिबट काड, सभी एस.बी.आई. काउंटर) के संबंध म- ब0क/भुगतान गेटवे के अनुदश
े  का
पालन कर- ।Please follow the instructions of the banks/payment gateways with respect to the mode of payment (net banking,
debit cards, across SBI counters, etc.)

can check Payment status and Print Receipt by visiting “Payment Status” link available in advertisement page. In case of
pending transactions or transaction failures candidates are advised to contact their Banks and ensure successful payment of
application fee.

Women candidates/Scheduled Castes (SC)/ Scheduled Tribes (ST); Ex-serviceman [EX], Economically Weaker
Sections (EWS) and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWBD) candidates are exempted from payment of
Application Fee. However, after registration of application on-line, the candidates have to ensure receipt of system
generated email regarding successful submission of application.

before submitting their applications. Candidates should avoid submission of multiple applications.

11. आवेदन के साथ कोई भी दCतावेज (फोटो के िसवाय) अपलोड न कर- । बि)क इसरो मुFयालय Nारा जब-जब माँगे जाएँ
तब-तब सभी दCतावेज़ 4Cतुत 6कए जाने चािहए। / NO DOCUMENTS (EXCEPT PHOTO) ARE TO BE UPLOADED ALONG

WITH THE APPLICATION. HOWEVER, CANDIDATES SHOULD BE READY TO SUBMIT ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS IN
SUPPORT OF QUALIFICATION, AGE, CASTE ETC. AS AND WHEN CALLED FOR BY ISRO HQ.

आवयकता के आधार पर उतर कट-ऑफ़ िनरधारत करने का अिधकार सुरित है| संगठन के पास िलिखत परीा के

के िलए चुना जाएगा,िजसके िलए समय एवं Cथान ईमेल से सूिचत 6कया जाएगा। िलिखत परीा छँ टनी का माA 4थम चरण है

तथा िलिखत परीा म- 4ाप्त अंक अंितम चयन 46Vया के िलए िवचारणीय नहS हगे। अंितम चयन साात्कार म- अभ्य
थय

के िनष्पादन पर आधाHरत होगा तथा वे अभ्यथ< िजन्ह- साात्कार म- कम से कम 60% अंक 4ाप्त हगे ,वे ही चयन पैनल म-

गुणानुVम के आधार पर पैनल म- रखेजाने के िलए पाA हगे। / Selection Process: BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification in
first class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be
short-listed to appear in the Written Test, which is scheduled to be conducted on 12.01.2020 at twelve venues viz.,
Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi and
Thiruvananthapuram. However, ICRB reserves its rights to prescribe a higher cut-off on need basis. ICRB also reserves its
rights to cancel any written test centre and re-allot the candidates to any other test centre. The call letters for the written test
to the short-listed candidates will be sent only by e-mail during last week of December, 2019. The written test paper consists
of 80 objective type questions carrying equal marks. Based on the performance in the Written Test, candidates will be short-
listed for interview, the schedule and venue of which will be notified by e-mail. Written test is only a first level screening and
written test score will not be considered for final selection process. Final selection will be based on the performance of the
candidates in the Interview and those who secure minimum 60% marks in the interview will be eligible for consideration for
empanelment in the selection panel, in the order of merit.

िवभागीय आवास और पHरवहन सुिवधा का इस्तेमाल नहS ह0 ,उन्ह- मकान 6कराया भत्ता ( एच.आर.ए )एवं
करते पHरवहन
भत्ता, तैनाती के स्थान पर लागू िनधाHरत दर पर देय होगा। कमचाHरय को नई प-शन योजना म- शािमल 6कया जाएगा। इसरो

Allowance [DA], House Rent Allowance [HRA] and Transport Allowance are payable as per extant rules on the subject. The
employees will be governed by the New Pension Scheme. Further medical facilities for self and dependents, subsidized

house, etc are admissible as per Central Government orders.

will be published on the ISRO Web-site within five working days of the Written Test. The candidates may raise objections
with valid justifications, if any, within 3 days of publishing the answer keys in the web-site, ONLY through the link that shall be
