    Angela's daily routine begins at 5:00 am when she wakes up, brushes her teeth, and takes a shower. She then gets dressed, has breakfast, and wakes up her children to prepare their breakfast and start their virtual classes at 7:00 am. After organizing the house and making lunch for her family to eat at 1:00 pm, she does homework and helps her children with their homework. Each evening, she prepares for the next day before having dinner at 6:00 pm and going to sleep after brushing teeth and praying at 8:00 pm.

    Routine

    I GET UP AT 5:00 am on
    Monday
    I brush my teeth
    I take a shower at 5:15
    I get dressed
    I have breakfast
    I wake up my children
    I prepare breakfast for
    them
    Star their virtual classes
    7:00am
    I star to organize the house
    I make lunch
    Family lunch at
    1:00
    After organizing the crockery i get
    ready to do homework, and to guide
    my childre`n homework
    6:00 in the afternoon we to
    get ready the next day and
    have dinner
    After dinner the crocrery
    and dining room are
    organized all ready for the
    next day
    8:00 we brush our teeth
    and we will pray
    To sleep
    My daily routine does not vary much, only on Wednesdays and Fridays that I have
