Problem statement:

A new way to encrypt information must be

designed as current encryption schemes are at risk of becoming obsolete.The
design of a hybrid quantum encryption device is proposed to take the first steps in
a future of new encryption techniques.

Weakness:
The algorithm has been extensively tested and continues to
securely protect Data ,but due to potential quantum computing future it
may not remain secure.It takes long time to factor integers.This is not
confidential . And it has its lower computational complexity compare to its
classical counterpart And the key space is not very large.
