d) Please Inform the right Authority (Plant Manager, HODs ) before starting of work
e) Check the all the machines working conditions & their accessories
f) Any damages or broken on shop floor should be brought in to notice of the plant heads before
starting of work
1.6 Productivity:
a) Auto scrubber dryer – [12000 Square Feet per Hour]
b) Single disc & WD – [2500 Square Feet per Hour for congested area i.e.
Below machines, surrounding machines]
c) Single disc & WD – [7000 Square Feet per Hour i.e. open gangways,
Corridor etc.]

1.7 Procedure:

a) Collect all the chemicals, machines & Equipments.

b) Remove cobweb from entire shop floor.
c) Dust frees the entire shop floor.
d) Clean all corners, panels through dry mop.
e) Remove wet Oils with We Vacuum’s.
f) Remove the Dust from Dry vacuums.
g) Collect the dust in bags & through it out side.
h) Vacuums the all windows & grills.
i) Remove the Paint thinner or scrapers.
j) Clean the glasses with applicator & wiper.

Step for Auto scrubber dryer

k) Bring the machine in shop floor with right chemical dilution.

l) Use the Auto scrubber in shop floor.
m) Switch on the water supply then switch on the brush motor.
n) Adjust the squeeze and then start the vacuum motor.

Steps for Single disc with WD*

Floor scrubbing
a) Fill the chemical solution with proper dilution.
b) Now properly attaché the brush.
c) Adjust the handle according to Your height.
d) Use the machines as a S shape.
e) Use WD machine to vacuum the floor after floor scrubbing.

Steps for Single disc

Buffing

f) Use white pad, pad holder for buffing the area.

g) Make the floor dust free through dry mop.
h) Mop the floor with warm water twice before buffing.
i) Spray the Marboline on the floor.
j) Move the machine slowly in “S” shape to polish the floor.
k) Check the floor once again.
l) Keep the all Equipment and Machines in store.
m) Take the counter singe from the proper Authorities.
n) Make the entry in your check list.
