REPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN PAIX - TRAVAIL - PATRIE 4 “03 al 2026 pecrere 29/369 py 03 Wil 2 portant relévement de 'age de départ a la retraite des fonctionnaires des corps de la santé publique.- LE PRESIDENT DE LA REPUBLIQUE, Vu laconstitution ; Vu _ le décret n® 94/199 du 07 octobre 1994 portant Statut Général de la Fonction Publique de I'Etat, modifié et complété par le décret n° 200/287 du 12 octobre 2000 ; Vu _ le décret n* 2001/145 du 03 juillet 2001 portant statut particulier des corps de la santé publique, DECRETE: ARTICLE 1". L’age de départ a la retraite des fonctionhaires des corps de la santé Publique est, & compter de la date de signature du présent décret, relevé a soixante (60) ans pour le personnel des catégories « A » et « B'» et a cinquante-cing (55) ans pour le personnel des catégories « C » et «D ». ARTICLE 2.- La mesure visée a l'article 1* ci-dessus est étendue au personnel des corps de la santé publique qui bénéficie, a la date d'entrée en vigueur du présent décret, d'une prolongation formelle d’activité valide. ARTICLE 3- Le présent décret, qui abroge toutes dispositions antérieures contraires, notamment celles de l'article 150 (1) du décret n° 2001/145 du 03 juillet 2001 susvisé, sera enregistré, publié selon la procédure d'urgence, puis inséré au Journal Officiel en frangais et en anglais./- Yaoundé, le 03 JUIL 2020 Scanné avec CamScannerREPUBLIC OF CAMEROON L 2020 pecere no, 2020/3689 gp 03 Wl to raise the retirement age of civil servants of the corps of Public Health ‘THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Decree No. 94/199 of 7 October 1994 to lay down the General Rules and Regulations of the Public Service, as amended and supplemented by Decree No, 2000/287 of 12 October 2000, Mindful of Decree No. 2001/145 of 3 July 2001 to lay down the Special Rules and Regulations of civil servants of the corps of Public Health, HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS: ARTICLE 1: The retirement age of civil servants of the public health corps is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, raised to 60 (sixty) years for categories “A” and “B” civil servants, and 55 (fifty-five) years for categories “C” and “D” civil servants. ARTICLE 2: The measure referred to in Article 1 above shall be extended to public health personnel who, at the date of entry into force of this decree, are on a valid official extension of service period, ARTICLE 3: This decree, which repeals all previous provisions repugnant hereto, in particular those of Article 150(1) of the above-mentioned Decree No. 2001/145 of 3 July 2001, shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
