The strongest point of the build is that the structure uses very basic and traditional methods of
construction using locally available and natural materials that don't require skilled labour and can be
built and repaired by Lehman if needed. The usage of bagasse ash cement block also raises the green
rating of the building which is combined with the usage of bamboo for columns and beams. Bamboo,
which is a locally available material, was proven to be a very strong, rigid and elastic as 30 houses in
Costa Rica survived an earthquake of magnitude 7.6. As the area is also influenced by high winds,
there is also a possibility of adding windmills in further expansion of the project.

Keeping the budget in mind, we are using we are only using local material and the material that is
easily available in debris (like timber etc.) and the brick used for construction is also made of waste
material and cement, not only building but the furniture school is also made from reusable material
(timber which we got in debris and plastic bottle).

The flexibility of the structure allows one to change the sizes and ratios of the classrooms to make
new spaces for a fresher learning experience which can be either indoors or outdoors. Along with the
availability of a multi-purpose hall which can also be used for communal events, the school is not just
aimed as a place to teach the general knowledge that is obtained by a book, but rather teach the
students how to maintain a lifestyle and learn the other basics of life.
