ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND PROMISORRY NOTE

I, KAREN A. OBLES, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Blk. 3, Lot 6,
Camellas Homes, Brgy. Bancao-Bancao, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, acknowledged the
amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (₱50,000.00), Philippine Currency, from GLENN TEE
BENITEZ, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Liberty, Bagong Sikat, Puerto
Princesa City, Palawan, as additional for my loan using a certain lot identified as Lot No. 3,
Blk. 6, situated in Camella Homes, Brgy. Bancao-Bancao, Puerto Princesa City, Palaawan,
including a house Model Marga-Single Firewall with floor area of FORTY EIGHT (48)
square meters, and all improvements existing thereon as collateral, and promise to pay the
above mentioned amount with six percent (6%) monthly interest from the principal
amount on or before June 30, 2020.
