NOTICE FOR GENERAL PUBLIC

It is to inform that due to spread of Corona Virus and as per protecting measures taken by the
Government of Pakistan, Ban on by hand purchase / receipt of Procurement Tenders has been
extended till 13-08-2020.
Application for Purchase of Tender alongwith Tender Fee in shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft
/ CDR will be sent to SNGPL through Courier. SNGPL will send requisite Tender documents to
the interested firms / companies in the same way. Moreover, the Bids shall also be submitted to
SNGPL through Courier. Only those Bids which contain the samples as per stipulation of tender
shall be accepted by hand.
Please also note that all the applications for purchase of Tenders must receive in SNGPL 04 days
before the Tender closing date.
Important Note: Only 01 person of each firm / company is allowed to witness the Tender
Opening on scheduled date and time as prescribed in the tender advertisement.
