Registered Nurse, February 2017 to present

• Three years’ working experience as a registered nurse in Sentara Healthcare to provide
high-quality bedside patients care.
• Practiced a safety, culture awareness, and professional clinical knowledge and skills with
the chronic and acute patients.
• Identified changes in neurological symptoms and obtained essential skills in nursing
neurological diseases and trauma through working in the Neurology unit.
• Exhibited effective communication, organization, and collaboration while working with
patients and colleagues.

Nursing Care Partner, October 2006 to 2017

• Worked for 10 years as a Sentara employee to provide effective communication and
assisted Medical -surgical patients in their recovery and healing needs.
• Collaborated with nursing staffs to check vital signs and bloods sugars while also helping
in ambulation as well as ADLs.
• Worked 12 hours’ day and night shifts at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital (4 west
Medical-surgical unit) & Sentara Leigh Hospital (5 east General surgical unit).
