THE BULLYING

Good afternoon, fellow teachers, today I come to talk to you about bullying, a topic
that is very important in our environment, whether at work or at school, and that
above all affects young people, since it is more common in private and public
institutions such as universities or schools, since when they are raped they can often
present psychological problems.
Bullying is the mistreatment of a person, either physically, verbally or psychologically
in some occasions, they are groups of people who attack a person leaving many
consequences in it that sometimes are irreparable.
Some people who become abusers in their childhood went through a lot of family
problems as parents who were drug addicts, alcoholics and abusers. bullying
becomes a disease because the abuser enjoys hurting the person. sometimes
people who practice bullying have very hard problems and they take out their anger
on others, causing damage to their victims.
Victims of bullying are often threatened by their abusers, which makes them feel
afraid and sometimes take very different attitudes, such as: the person prefers to
walk alone, afraid all the time, very little talk, sad all the time, but also these people
make fatal decisions such as suicide.
Bullying starts as a game, sometimes everything seems like fun and maybe many of
us have lived or witnessed an attack of bullying towards someone and we see it as
a game. according to a study by the world health organization it is said that one out
of every three adolescents between twelve and sixteen years old lives or has lived
through bullying and it is more frequent among girls than boys.
