Subject : Request for Variation Order (V.O)

Sir,

May we request in your good office of Variation Order of the above mentioned project. Civil works are not included in
the bill of quantities supposed to be pump and motor are needed of foundation pad and also in the location of pump
and motor are not concrete it is soil and grasses. In our part and to be nice the location of pump we construct a
concrete flooring and also the pump pad and house of MCC Panel.

We hope our request granted soon.
