    NOTICE

    THIRD INTERNAL – EULS

    This is to inform the students that the third internal for the Certificate Programme in European Legal
    Studies will be a Web Analysis.

    Students are required to go to the website dealing with academic research based on EU Law and
    Policies, for e.g Europa website, country specific websites etc. and analyse the topic given below.

    Right to Die – Critically analyse the law as well as the position taken with respect to Right to Die in Any
    Three European Countries.

    Further also highlight any one landmark judgement from the National Court of any one country as well
    any one ECHR judgement on the Right to Die

    Marks allotment

    Introduction, concept as well as comparison and contrast of the Right to Die in any three European
    Countries of your choice – 15 Marks

    One Judgement of a National Court ( 7.5 Marks)

    One Judgement of ECHR ( 7.5 Marks)

    Website references ( 10 Marks)

    Word limit is between 2000 to 3000 words. Please give proper citations which is not included in the total
    word limit. Please highlight the website references that have been referred to while writing the
    assignment.

    Students can work individually or in groups of two or three.

    Last day of submission : 15th June 2019
