 TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Our check-in time is 14:00 hrs& check-out time is 12:00 noon. Please prepare ID card, passport for every members of
your group for check-in process.
2. Early check-in / Late check-out policy:
 Early check in from 10:00 to before 14:00 pm or late check out up to 17:00 pm - 50% charge on room rate
quoted will be applied.
 Early check in before 10:00 am or late check out after 17:00 pm - full day charge on room rate quoted will be
applied.
 Early check-in/late check-out will be upon room availability.
3. Children policy:
 Children under 6 years old (maximum of 01 child per room) using the existing bed, free of charge with breakfast.
 Children from 6 to 11 years old (maximum of 01 child per room) stay with parents, using the existing bed.
Breakfast will be charged at 195.000vnd net/child/meal.
 Children from 12 years old or above will be charged as an adult using an extra bed at the rate of 650.000vnd
net/bed/night (included 01breakfast).
4. Amendment & Cancellation policy (as per contract 2018/2019)
- Amendment to decrease maximum 2 rooms should be advised on COD, decrease maximum 1 room
should be advised 7 days before check in, otherswise 100% of the total booking will be applied.
- Cancellation notification should be advised before Cut-off date. Otherwise, the late cancellation charge will
be applied as Contract rate.
- No show will be applied 100% charge of the total booking for late cancellation.
