In my project I will talk about the singer Bruce Dickinson
1 Paul Bruce Dickinson was born in Worksop, Nottinghamshire-
England, on August 7, 1958
His mother Sonia worked part-time in a shoe factory and his
father Bruce was an army mechanic Bruce has a younger sister, professional jockey Helena Stormanns, born in 1963.
2 Bruce studied at Manton Elementary School in Worksop while
his parents lived in Sheffield.
Bruce was initially interested in learning to play the drums by
practicing with a pair of bongos. His music teacher recalls that he played and sang the song "Let It Be" with his friend Mike Jordan, discovering that he had a promising voice for singing rock music.
3 After graduating from school with an emphasis on English,
history and economics, Dickinson confessed, "I really didn't know what I wanted to do." The first thing he did was join the Second Army Reserve for six months. coming out of the army I study history at Queen Mary University of London. Bruce Dickinson began his music career in small bands in the 1970s while attending school in Sheffield and university in London
4 In 1979 he joined the group Samson, with which he achieved
some popularity under the stage name of "Bruce Bruce". After recording two studio albums he left the band in 1981 to join Iron Maiden
During his first stint at Iron Maiden, he recorded a series of
successful albums that became platinum and gold records in the United States and the United Kingdom in the 1980s.
Dickinson left Iron Maiden in 1993 (being replaced by Blaze
Bayley) to pursue a solo career, allowing him to experiment with a wide variety of styles between heavy metal and hard rock.

He is also an aircraft pilot and held the rank of commander for
the defunct Astraeus aviation company. Bruce owns an aircraft maintenance company
6.. In 2015, the musician underwent seven weeks of
chemotherapy and radiotherapy to fight a cancerous tumor on the back of his tongue, which he managed to successfully overcome.
