SOLAR POWER SYSTEM OPERATING INSTRUCTIONSI
The main features
TABLE OF CONTENTS L.SZYL-SPS-800W(1.SKVA) Solar power system, designed for remote users
of household electricity, is an off-grid AC power supply system.
2.The system is complete with 4 solar PV panels and a power control
box/cabinet. The power control box/cabinet, specifically developed and
designed as an indoor unit and houses a solar charge controller, an
TOPIC PAGE NUMBER inverter and 4 batteries.
3.The system uses microprocessors and special control algorithms to reach
I. The main features ot intelligent control.
4Scientific charging and discharging protection. When there is
Il System components reference drawing 1 over-discharge, the battery will have a compensation and maintenance
voltage charging. When it is in normal use, the charging method is direct
IIL Installation and use 3 charge and float charge combined. This is necessary to extend the battery
life and to make charge control more accurate with high-precision
IM. Technical Parameters 5 See aan
5.The configuration of the LED digital display device, allows the system to
display battery real-time voltage, AC output voltage, easy for user to
understand the system's real-time operating conditions.
6.The system comes with over-charged, over discharged, overload
VI. Cautions 7 protection, unique electronic short circuit protection and anti-reverse
protection (ff battery connect counter, fuse fusing, after the corrected
connecting fuse can be used normally). These protections do not damage
other parts. There is TVS protection against Thunder, hence the system is
durable and reliable.
7.With the public power bypass function, when the battery power is low,
the AC load can switch to the public power source.

Installation and use
1. Open the rear door of the chassis, and install the fuse in the PE bag in
the safety seat on the system’ s electrical board. (Remove the nuts on
both ends of the fuse holder, insert the fuse on the two screw posts of the
fuse seat, then the nut on the stud and tighten it with a wrench). Please
refer to fig. 1.
2. Open the control box’s power switch (tum the switch button to the "on"
Position), after 1-2 seconds, the DC header on the board will display the
current voltage status of the battery. After it starts normally, the controller
displays the current system power. (Note: When the controller voltage is
under 20.8V, that means the system has entered the feed state, it should
be recharged in time. After the system voltage recovery is up to 25.2V,
then the power is ready to use). The system’ s normal operating voltage
range is: 22-28.
Connect the lead wire of the solar panel to the solar input interface
"SOLAR PANELL" or “SOLAR PANEL2" on the side of the control box. When
there is sunlight and the lead wire is connected correctly, the LED on the
system board will have a charge display.
3. When confirming that the system is in full power, open the "AC switch*
button on the chassis. and press "Il", once you can hear the "beep*
sound, the system enters the self-test status to indicate that the system is
tured on.
(Note: Self-Test status-before the system has a stable output, please
ccheck if the external environment and the system itself are normal or not.
Ifall the system’ parameters are normal, it will be in normal working
condition. During this period, it takes approximately 10 seconds, AC switch
for the three-shift switch are, 0 for switch off, I for energy-saving mode, It
for switching on AC power. Also, note that when system load is below 50W,
the system will automatically enter into the energy-saving mode.Note: To avoid damaging the inverter, please note the following:
(1) Avoid short-circuiting when using load,
(2) The total load demand should be within the specified power rating of
the inverter. Total power must be less than 1.2KW (P < 1200W) range.
(3) First put on the main switch, before putting on the AC switch

4. System shutdown,
First, shut down the load on the system, and then turn off the AC switch on
the side of the chassis for proper shutdown,
(Note: When the system is powered on, it can be in normal use; however,
when there is no load, you only need to put off the AC switch on the
chassis. If the system is not used for a long time, then turn off the chassis’
total power switch. The time interval for turning on the power switch again
should be a minimum of one minute, otherwise an error may occur.
