the least learned skill Is finding the sum of rational numbers
in fraction form. It was not the learning competency that
appeared In Rank 4 but It may be noticed that It also appeared
thrice in the list.
The Learning Competency included in this material is also
one of the topics where most of the students encountered
difficulty.
