The pie charts give information about the differences in yearly expenses of a school in the

UK on years 1981, 1991, and 2001.

Overall, the school spends the most on the teacher salaries, while the insurance had the least
amount of spending.

Over the decades, expenditure on the teachers’ salaries, insurance, furniture and equipment
saw an increase at the end of the observation. Teachers’ salaries and insurance increased 5%
from its original percentage, while furniture and equipment saw an increase of 8%. Even
though the percentage of insurance and furnitures spending increased, their total spending
combined still cannot overtake the percentage of money spent on the salaries of teachers.

The same thing cannot be said for the spending on resources and other workers’ salaries.
Both categories experienced a decrease on spending. Spending on Resources such as books
is cut from 15% to 9%, while the spending on salaries of other workers dropped from 28%
to 15%.
