I developed my own business in Sragen, Central Java which We sold plastic packaging
like Cup, Bag plastic and paper, some raw material for food/cake, coffe and tea like
sugar, rice, margarine etc fot our customer in Sragen city
We can improve our gross selling product from only 200.000 Rp/day become
7.000.000 Rp/day or 6.000.000 Rp/Month become 210.000.000 Rp/Month

Position : Plant Manager

Target : 4,000 Ton Rice/Month or 48,000 Ton Rice/Year
My duties in PT Padi Unggul Indonesia (Rice Processing) is responsible to all aspect in
Factory : Production (Drying and Milling), Quality Control, Maintenance, Warehouse
and PPIC. Increased Capacity of Factory from 40 Ton/Day to 120 - 160 Ton/Day with
improved/trained Employe and increased Group of Production from 2 Group to 4
Group to achieve the Target.
Production/Factory : Introduced and developed Program for Production Area to
maintain and increased Efficency use OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness),
Fishbone Analysis, Pareto Principle (20% :80%), QCC (Quality Control Cycle) Tools
or 8 Step and 7 Tools. Reduce reject in our process with improve SOP (Standard
Operation Procedure) of Production, Implementation GMP (Good Manufacturing
Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and 5S Program. Created
system to calculate Productivity of Factory with based calculation (Kg of Rice
product/Manpower/Working Hour)
Quality Control : Introduced SPC (Statistis Processing Control) to make qualified
controlling process in our Factory.

Maintenance : Improved Maintenance system with implemented MTBF (Mean Time
Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) and Preventive Maintenance
Program to increase capability of Maintenance team member.
PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) : Developed system for PPIC
Man power to make daily, weekly and Monthly Planning to make sure PPIC schedule
must be follow by Production/Factory team member.

My duties in PT PepsiCola Indobeverages were responsible all Production matter in
Factory (Syrup Preparation and Filling/Packaging Area), especially improve The
Productivity and Efficiency (OEE) of Production Team (OEE-Overall Equipment
Effectiveness), reduce the Production Cost, Improve and implemented The 5 S
Program, Implementation GMP (Good Manufacturing Program) and developed the
others Tools to improve The Production Performance of Company.

Position : Production Manager
Report to : General Manager
Target : 130,000 Lbs Meat Crab/Month
My duties in PT. Phillips Seafood Indonesia were responsible for processing Crab to
match with production planning and Company standard. Developed production and
monitoring system in Processing Crab as company required. Implemented some system
like Kaizen, HACCP and etc to improving performance of Crab Processing and also
developed our subordinate (Team Leader and Supervisor) with new soft skill and
leadership knowledge.
 June 2005 to June 2007, ABC President Indonesia PT., Klari, Karawang, West

Position : Production Manager.
Report to : Factory Manager
Target :
My duty was make sure system in Manufacturing Noodle and Spice met with the
Company standart. Responsible for achivement all aspect of production noodle and
Spice (Efficiency, Production Downtime, Losses of Material Packaging and Raw
Material etc). Implemented The ISO 9001 (or Documentation System) in Noodle and
Spice Manufacturing Plant with improved Procedure and Work Instruction of
Production. Developed the ability and knowledge of Foreman, Supervisor and
Assistant Manager with some Tools for Improving Manufacturing Process like 7
Tools and 8 Step of QCC (Quality Control Cycle), OEE (Overall Equipment
Effectiveness), 5S Program, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), P2K3 (Panitia
Pembina Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical
Control Point).
My achievement in this plant is reduce the reject of material packaging and product
manufacturing Noodle from average 6 % to 3% and improved Efficiency from 85 %
to 92%.

My duties made sure all aspect of production parameter in Line Production candy
meet with the Company standart. Organized team member to achieved the production
goal in OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) target, increased the efficiency of
machine, reduced the rate of reject product and packaging material, implemented
GMP or Good Manufacturing Practice , HACCP and ISO 9002, implemented QCC
Program (Quality Control Cycle) in plant with new paradigms “Six Sigma” .
My achievement in this company is promoting or implementing SMED or Single
Minute Exchange of Dies as one of tools to solve problem in Plant.

Cibitung, Bekasi, West Java
Position : Production Team Leader
Report to : Production Manager
My job was lead Foreman and Operator of Production packaging to produce
carbonated beverages like Coke, Fanta and Sprite.
We make sure all system in the line meet the company requirement. Preparing
reporting every shift about the syrup yield, crown or cap yield and the efficiency of
machine.
My achievement in this plant increase the efficiency of PET Bottling Line from 60 %
to 70 % with improve the Operator skill and make gap tool standart for PET Bottle
bridge.

My duties in this plant was lead foreman and operator to produced palm oil and
kernel palm where palm fruit come from our plantantion near arround the plant. We
make sure the operation can be run effective because our responsibilty to prossesing
the palm fruit. Make sure the yield of palm oil meets with company standard.
