4BNA Low Flow Oil Pump

This Thursday Note is to inform the field of a low flow oil pump used on 4B naturally
aspirated engines. The low flow oil pump is used on the 4BNA to help reduce
parasitic frictional losses to help improve fuel economy, increase horsepower and
improve startability. The low flow oil pump should only be used on 4BNA
applications. Please reference the chart below.
