CHAUFA RICE

INGREDIENTS

 320g of Rice
 800 ml of Water
 2 Garlic Cloves
 200g of Chicken Breast
 4 Sausages
 1 Red Pepper
 4 Eggs
 3 Steam of Chinese Onion
 1 teaspoon of Grated
Ginger
 1 tablespoon of Vegetal Oil
 Some Coriander Leaves
 100 ml of Soy Sauce
 1 teaspoon of Salt
PREPARATION
To prepare the rice. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil and 2 garlic cloves in a pot, then fry
for a few seconds and add the rice. Toast it for a few seconds and pour the water. Wait for
20 minutes until it cooks. Remove in a bowl.
To prepare the egg omelette. We beat the 4 eggs in a bowl and add salt. Heat oil in a pan
and fry it. Cut in pieces and remove.
Add two tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan, wait for it to heat up, then add grated
ginger and chicken breast in pieces. Wait until chicken is semi-cooked. Add 4 sausage in
pieces, 1 red pepper chopped and some chinese onion chopped. We mix it.
Add the egg omelette and rice. Finally add the soy sauce and coriander leaves. We mix it.
We serve all on a plate.
