- As leaders, we have to spread the light.

When I say spread the light, I pertain to, lifting other person's
vision to high sights, raising a person's performance to a higher standard, and building a personality
beyond its normal limitations.

- Yes Jake. As we all know, leadership is creating more leaders and in doing such, it is essential to share
vision with others. This means getting along with people.

- Good morning leaders! Welcome to the 3rd Annual Leadership Camp with the theme "Changing the
Mindset from Me to We".

- To start with, let us seek God's presence through a prayer to be led by Mr. Florante Tagudan, and
remain standing for the act of Filipinism, Ms. Lorraine Queliza, conducting.

- You know what Princess, I'm certain that you would agree with me if I say that this leadership camp is a
great avenue to reawaken the spirit of leadership of young people like us.

- That's right Jake. It's been actually 3 years since the Campus Student Gov't of CSU- Piat initiated such
activity. And to know more and also to give his opening remarks, let's welcome our CSG Governor, Hon.
Angelino Andres.

- Thank you Gov. I must already assume that this 3- day activity would be filled with fun and excitement
considering the presence of these yound minds, who come from various high school and who seem to
be very eager to learn and experience new things towards inclusive leadership. Let us get to know our
participants for this activity.

- At this juncture, let us hear the message of our very own Campus Executive Officer, Mr. Vicente S.
Binasoy Jr.

- Within the duration of our camp, we will be inspired by the words of our equally- competent speakers.
And to introduce our Keynote Speaker, let us have once again, Mr. Rodel M. Genobili.

- In order to break the monotony of our program, let us be entertained by the select students of Sto.
Niño National High School.

- Today, we have two more speakers to learn from. Our first speaker will discuss on the topic"Unpacking
vision, together we can lead". To introduce him, may we have our USG Adviser, Ms. Maybel Morgado.
