portion of H. 121130, Lot 987-A, Bsd-10359, L.R.C Rec. No.), situated in the Barangay
of Sapul. Bounded on the N., along line 1-2 by Lot 994 Calapan Cadastre; on the NE.,
along line 2-3 by Lot 987-A-3, of the subd. Plan; on the SW., along line 3-4 by Lot 987-
B, Bsd-10359, Lot 4561, Calapan Cadastre;
That the payment of Capital Gains Tax, Estate Tax, Documentary Stamp Tax, Transfer
Tax, processing of the DAR Clearance, NIA fees, and agent’s fee shall be for the account of the
Seller and the taxes in relation to the sale shall be for the account of the Buyer.
That we guarantee that the property is free from any and all lien/s or encumbrance/s and
untenanted. That we hereby release the Buyer and its officers and affiliates from any obligation
and/or responsibilities in relation to the said property by virtue of its full payment.
