1. Customer Status is a pull down menu with fields with 4 fields 11.
11. Sales section has type I type in, date I can type in or pull from pop up calendar, a pull down
2. Gender is M for Male or Female
3. Birthdate can be entered manually or from a calendar.

5. Type of Source: This tells me where the prospect comes from. It is a pull own menu that I
am also able to add to as need be.
6. Clicking email links to my email program and opens window with email address in it.
7. Telephone there should probably be Telephone 1 and Telephone 2. It would be good if it
could link to my cell phone and auto dial but if this is hard to do it is not necessary.
8. Action is a summary that can scroll for as many words as I put in

menu with three fields such as Approved, click Paid box and note box
12. Notes lets me add a new dated note each time I speak to the client. I can also type or copy
and paste into a pop up note box.
13. I can add attachment to the notes.
14. Physician and Medications sections let me type in the name of a doctor or medication with
a note box beside it.
15. Physician Search is 8 companies I del with that lets me click to the URL I have programmed.

1. I can click to a table that shows me my follow ups for the next 10 days sorted by date . It shows the important fields from the data base with the date of the follow up, priority and other
fields I have put in to use.
2. I can click a customers name which will click to his profile page.
3. I can email from the email link.
4. I can change the FU (Follow Up) date from here or any other information in this table without having to click to the client profile page.
5. I can export and import all data to Excel. I can also set up templates I can reuse of the fields I want to export.
