Introduction
The degree program under survey is Bachelor of Science in Biology which was designed in
response to the growing need for science and medical experts in the region. Graduates of this course could
use this as stepping stone to continue to a medical degree. The offering of this baccalaureate program was
duly approved by the Board of Trustees under Resolution No. ____ dated _______________. On
______________, the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) authorized the offering of the said

It was in (date) when CNSC produced its first batch of Biology graduates under the
administration of the then President, Dr. ________________, the fruit of hard work of the pioneering
faculty and staff of College of Arts and Sciences. In _______ 2020, despite the CoViD-19 pandemic that
boxed the whole world into the confines of their own homes, universities and colleges included, under the
persistent and dedicated leadership of President Rusty G. Abanto, still BS Biology Batch of 2020 graduated
with (number of students), however, with no graduation rites conducted since it was impossible to conduct
mass gathering yet at that time due to safety health protocols still in effect. The figures below show how
the course started and its present accomplishment in terms of graduates.
