Challenging lives during and after Covid 19 Pandemic in Uganda

Internet connectivity and knowledge as well as use of online services during and after
Covid Pandemic is a challenge for the largest community that realized the need to work
online in Uganda. There also lies a challenge on awareness of online services and
products

It is challenging to connect communities due to a variety of reasons such as

unavailability of cost-effective technology solutions, robust deployments, high cost of
website development and related services, poor awareness of online products and
services, unavailability of backhaul/tower infrastructure and sustainable business
models.

Hence there is a need for not only technology innovation but also innovative solutions
for end to end sustainable internet connectivity. Our objective will be to improve and or
provide less costly, reliable access communities, create online home office and web
development services as well as present the associated massive social and commercial
opportunities available. It pushes education to access content ,eventually manifesting larger
opportunities.

B2consultancy is to bridge this gap by delivering ultra-broadband speeds to the local community
with pole mounted solar powered tower-to-client broad band deployments. By providing
reliable, affordable and unlimited internet access we hope to improve the lives of millions by
creating digital inclusion and giving them access to information and services, creating remote
opportunities.

Our Approach to Meeting the Requirement

We will apply a simple principle — strive to deliver a value for money service. To
provide our subscribers with the best possible internet experience, we will deploy connectorized
access point devices on local towers, connecting wirelessly to client homes using a discreetly-
designed client device installed on the client’s roof. The network is robustly designed to handle
the large traffic volume, and provides fail-over redundancy across all of its services. The
premier, high-performing service will be manned 24/7 to promptly respond to any network
outage

We take a modular system of systems approach to the technical solution. We will

source the technical components and make the most of Commercial Off the Shelf
products not only for technology innovation but also provide innovative solutions for the
end to end sustainable internet connectivity and service. Our team will integrate these
principles so that we present a tested service to the customer.

With media and website blogs and forums we will make an awareness campaign of
available online services, and commercial opportunities that come with internet
connectivity.
We will work hand in hand with our suppliers and subscribers to make sure that we
prepare a service that meets the actual need. As partners, we will identify the essential
requirement, the desirable and nice it-to-haves. We will present a service which will
have a scalable and expandable solution to meet future demands.

Capital investment requirement:

The capital Invested required is $ and expected internal rate of return is $ expected to rise
to$ in the first six months. Our projected sales in the first six months are expected to be from
the provision of internet access for premises ,web villages and web development. We have s financially viable
solution and shall arrange suitable commercial agreements with our suppliers to meet the requirement .We shall
initially purchase the tools and equipment then commission the wireless repeater station in the specific areas we
target to provide access .We also intend to buy bandwidth and stock equipment for the client side according to
demand will be based on order to cost basis. In this case for hotspots and other places of work Our labour is hired
on job basis except for the two permanent technical staff.
