Application for the revision of assignments (AIOU) submitted to Miss Uzma Hameed

The mentioned tutor objected the assignments as plagiarized and awarded marks very low, first she
awarded 40 plus when I realized her that passing are 50 plus then revised 50 plus as she was unaware
about the exact criteria then how she can perform her duties efficiently. In this pandemic situation AIOU
has already declared its matric and FA students pass on the basis of assignment results so I am the
student of BS English under roll number BZ460526 and if I am also declared pass on the basis of
assignments I will get no benefit at all due to very low grading due to the unreasoning behaviour and
illogical marking of the tutor. The assignment system of this university is manual one for almost all the
programs till now but for the very first time only a few programms are launched by the university which
require online submission of assignments. My objection is that manual assignments are checked and
returned to the students by hand or by post there is no record of those assignments after all and also
are not checked for plagiarism as they are wasted by the students and the tutors then why we are
bothered to got checked our assignments for plagiarism as all the tutors are not doing this thing only
Miss Uzma Hameed who is appointed for the very first time and without any training. One thing the
mechanism of this Open University and the all the other regular universities is totally different and is
never applied here by anyone. This newly appointed tutor did not communicate with me for one time
even , as university always directs the tutors to guide and communicate with the students as many times
as they find any difficulty and need help. If the policy of plagiarism applies on me it should be applied on
all the students of the university and the university should have record of all the assignments till it
delivers degree of any program but there is no such system in the university as well. If university does
not possess the record of the assignments of the students then the degrees should be considered null
and void but even this strict behavior is not observed in paper marking which are always there in the
form of proper record. The said tutor misbehaved me and threatened me that I will be declare fail If did
anything against her in the form of complaint. She also declared that no higher authority can do
anything against her as being a tutor my recommendations are first and last so do not waste your time
