Worksheet 5 - Ledger Lines

We often need to write notes that exist outside of our staff. To do that, we use tiny lines
called "ledger lines" to extend our notes.

Notes above the staff will "sit" on a ledger line.
Notes below a staff will "hang" on a ledger line.
Note that we have to write more lines as the notes get higher, and we always use just
the correct number of lines for each note.

Middle C is on the line between Go 2 lines down from the treble staff to reach the bass.

1. Write 15 whole notes on ledger lines above and below both staves.

Hints:
Draw the ledger line or lines first, before writing the note.
Make sure the ledger line sticks out on both sides of the note.
Don't draw a ledger line above a note above the staff or below a note below the staff.
