Re: Cease and Desist – Defamation

Dear US Observer, Edward Snook, Ron Lee, Joseph Snook, and all journalists who

work at the US Observer, :

It has come to my attention that you have made a defamatory and false statement about

me. The proof of the defamatory statements are attached. All of these articles you

published are intentionally misleading and without merit because none of these

statements are true. You cannot prove any of these false facts you published about my

daughter or myself. For example, my daughter and I have never arrested for shop

lifting. I have never been caught smoking pot with my daughter, and the charges I filed

against Bryan Tucker are not false charges. . All of these are fabricated lies and these

published articles are damaging my daughter's reputation and my reputation which is

going to effect us both for our entire life. .

The false statements you published are reckless and highly defamatory, and has caused

us to suffer substantial harm: 


- economic harm


- reputitional harm

- harm to my ability to make a living

- harm to our character and reputation


In addition, these false statements have caused public ridicule, and public hate. My

daughter's safety is at risk and now has men from all ages harassing her. She is

humiliated and now has zero self confidence and has lost the trust with the system. I

have been harassed myself and cannot find work due to the false statements that have

been published and this has put us both in serious danger. .

I hereby demand that you immediately cease and desist from making any and all false

statements against us within 10 days of the date of the letter. Remove all defamatory

statements and content from all the US Observer newspapers and online publications.

Publish a retraction, and notify me in writing when these tasks have been completed.

If you do not cease and desist within the above stated time period, I will be forced to

take appropriate legal action against you and will seek all available damages and

remedies. I will be taking you up on your offer to pay my filing fee’s. As we both know

law suits are expensive and I can not afford to pay all the fee’s that come along with

suing someone, therefore I appreciate your offer to help.
