International Nurse Programme - United Kingdom

Are you a Nurse who trained outside of Europe who is seeking to gain Registration
in the UK with the NMC?
We are recruiting Nurses who have passed the International English Language Test
(IELTS) at academic lever with minimum score of 7 across all domains and who have
successfully completed Part one of the NMC Test of Competence (CBT) to join our
International Nurse Programme.
The programme will prepare successful applicants for the NMC Part 2 test of
competence OSCE.
Candidates will only be shortlisted if they confirm within the application form
that they have the NMC decision letter allowing them to go forward with Part 2
Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) test.
International Nurse Programme must have IELTS Level 7 and NMC Computer Based Test

The programme will prepare successful applicants for the NMC OSCE test. It will be
a combination of a formal taught programme and supernumerary shifts on the ward you
will work once registered. Throughout this period there will be OSCE preparation
sessions. You will be supported by a ward based Preceptor and will have a
competency based assessment document to guide your development.

Successful applicants will be paid as a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant during the

programme.
Employment with the trust following completion of the programme will be dependent
on gaining NMC registration to be able to practice as a Band 5 Registered Nurse.
Please be aware that if you leave your employment within 2 years of gaining your
NMC registration the cost of the tests and administration fees will be recovered
from your final salary payment prior to you leaving.
