OFFICE ORDER

The Council of National Institute of Technology, Science Education Research

(NITSER) in its 10th meeting held on 26'h Muy, 2017 approved the new Recruitment
Rules (RRs) for faculty staff in NITs and IIEST, Shibpur. The eligibility criteria for
granting HAG scale to the Professors on NITs and IIEST were prescribed in the new
RRs. The same were adopted in the 41't meeting of Board of Governors.

As per MHRD letter No.F.No.33-gl2Ol1-TS.III dated 16th April 2olg "4}oh of total no.
of professors in position may be granted HAG Scale".

Accordingly, applications for grant of FIAG scale to the eligible Professors of the
Institute in AGP 10000/AGP 10500 with 6 year regular service in the grade and
minimum 150 credit points are invited. Applicants are required to fill up on-line
application form available on the Institute website from 8'h July, 2020. The print out of
the downloaded application form along with the enclosures I attachments may be

submitted to Establishment Section latest by 27th July, 2020.
