court of first instance of appeal, court of
cessation and categories, courts of law

warnings, pardons, expert’s reports,
summons, juridical papers and applications,
pay fees for any or all lawsuits and execute
them.
b) Appear before all investigations and execution
departments, public attorney and all official
national and foreign authorities in the state.

file complaints to the public prosecution and
police and waive all reports lawsuits,
judgments and to sign all papers and
documents on my behalf.
c) Apply for preventive proceedings, seals and

to lodge all types of objections to judgments,
appeals, decisions and orders by way of cessation,
review or revision.
d) Apply reconsideration, obtain copies of judgments,
the receipt and disbursement of cheques and
money on my behalf, receive the execution
amounts either in cash or cheques and encash
their value from the banks operating in the
UAE, to present, sign and receive papers and

2. Banks
To open and close bank accounts, term deposit
receipts in my name with all banks operating in UAE,
to
manage my existing accounts by withdrawing from
and depositing thereto. To invest, take loans, apply
overdraft facility, to issue, endorse, accept and apply
for cheque books and all credit cards and debit cards.
To sign all papers and open bank credits, mortgage,
to receive, sign and encash cheques from all banks.
3. Buying, Selling and Renting Properties
He is authorized to buy, sell, rent properties and land
on my name in UAE and do all papers and
documents
with the related authorities, receive rental cheques,
from tenants, encash them and do all transactions
before
the conciliation and settlement committees and rental
dispute settlement committees.
4. Cars and Vehicles
To fully dispose the cars owned by me to sell,
purchase,
transfer ownership, waiver, to register, issue, and
renew
all cars vehicle licenses with RTA and relevant
authorities.
To apply auto loans with any UAE banks.
5. Applications
To receive, apply for, deliver and sign all
applications
and documents related to me, follow up on all depts
including without limitations, Municipality,
Ministry of labor and social affairs, MOHRE,
Airports, Emirates telecommunications
ETISALAT, RTA, Empost etc. He will have the right
to sign, receive, and deliver applications,
documents and do all transactions on my behalf.

applications, pay fees, fines, and service
charges. He shall have the right to renew,
stop, fully or partially, cancel, return these
services and receive guarantees, warranties,
deposits related to these services by cash or cheque.
7. Receive amounts
He is authorized to receive all dues, and amounts
related to me in cash or cheques, to sign the receipts,
to cash cheques from the banks drawn thereon and
receive cash.
8. Appointment of third parties
The attorney shall have the right to appoint third
parties and lawyers with all or part of the powers
mentioned herein above.
This power of attorney is valid for 3 years,
from the date of notarization thereof unless
terminated earlier for any reason.
