Depression is not a joke!

Depression is a mood disorder that can affect a person’s daily life they suffer
a long period of sadness, loneliness and other form of negative feelings. Teenagers
have always been vulnerable to depression.

Depression is a serious case in today’s society and is often a major


contributing factor for most adolescent problems. The rate about teenage
runaways, alcoholism vices, pregnancy, eating disorders and suicide are rapidly
increasing and it is very frightening. Crises like these frequently came from
depressions.

For some circumstances it appears that depression do not show similar


symptoms for everyone else, the length of time and the intensity of depression are
different from person to person. In severe cases, depression can be life
threatening, with suicide as a possible outcome. This may turn people to fail to live
up to their potential and to do what they want accomplish their desires in life.

If depression is not treated very well this may lead to suicidal thoughts.
Those who are planning to suicide might literally feel that there is no way out of
their situation. Persons who faced these are bombarded with feelings of
hopelessness, fear, isolation, hatred toward themselves and so much more.
Immeasurable pain is often to a point that they see no other options than to end
their lives. There are many reasons that someone might choose suicide or
contemplate suicidal thoughts. Those reasons are mostly complex and complicated
that the person suffering may not to be able to understand what is exactly going on
in their head and heart.
