Dear Mayor Duterte:

This has reference to your letter dated 11 May 2020 regarding your request for a Users’ Training
on the FASSSTER Platform. We would like to inform you that the FASSSTER Project Team has
agreed to conduct the training on your requested date, 19 May 2020, 1:00 – 2:30 PM. Anent to
this, may we request the Task Force Secretariat to:

1. Assist in inviting key offices to the training (DOH, NEDA, DOST, DILG, OCD, LGUs) and
other key players deemed necessary by the Task Force;
2. Request participants to register in advance to the FASSSTER Platform,
https://fassster.ehealth.ph/covid19;
3. Accomplish User Account Information Form, https://bit.ly/fassster-rtf11;

DOST XI will be sending the Video Conferencing link through the email addresses registered
through the Google Forms. For further details, our staff, Jonathan P. Victolero will be coordinating
