In sequence, Not to stop the work we agreed to pay you 20% more without satisfying/Justifying

the first Purchase order work. I request you to cross check physically at our premises w.r.t to
issued purchase orders (Machine is still in Ideal state).   

After troubleshooting the machine your team members informed us to purchase a new Turret
Sensor, we purchased and kept it ready. In your last visit at our office with your team members,
we discussed and concluded to do the payment after completion of work (Machine in working
condition).  

Instead of putting efforts in writing email & having internal discussion/meetings & Phone Calls
we should focus on completing work & witnessing machine working. Kindly be rest assured of
payment, we will release your payment soon after machine in working condition.

We also want to inform you; we require your support after completion of this work.

We have always supported and invested our time with your team members and still we are ready
to do it again until the machine works softly.

Please be informed to start the work from tomorrow or else we have to search & appoint another
person from Thursday (13-08-2020) to fix the problem.
