• Basing having a compact shape, including the control console, and entirely fabricated in Scotch Brite polished stainless steel.

Vessel
• Autoclave is entirely fabricated in stainless steel, mirror polished both inside and outside.
• All the parts in contact with the product are made in 304/316L AISI stainless steel.
• Vessel insulating jacket made of mirror polished stainless steel.
• Vessel fittings are sanitary-clamp type for loading raw materials and vessel emptying.
• Sight-port and light-port on the cover for the vessel inner visual inspection.
• Cover movements electrically drives, tilting vessel.

Product mechanical action
• Slow mixing having a coaxial movement having a variable speed through one inverter.
• Scraping blade equipped with scrapers made of PTFE for improving the product thermal exchange with the vessel inner wall.
• Emulsifying group placed on the bottom of the vessel and equipped with a turbine - stator and universal rotor helix shaped –
suitable for a wide range of products. This group is driven by an electric motor having a double speed.

Temperature control
• Heating by electric resistances immersed in the water into the double jacket.
• PID control of the temperature both for heating and cooling phases.

Vacuum control
• Vacuum circuit completed with vacuum pump.

Safety devices
• Safety devices against the expected wrong operations are included.
