After starting the engine, release the key to let i return to the position “ON”. 7-Manual transmission: Release the clutch pedal ‘Automatic transmission: Release the brake pedal + CAUTION: The starting of engine shall be car- ried out within § s, no more than 5 times of engine starting shail be car- ried out continuously and the interval between two times of engine start- Jing shall be no less than 15 s. If the engine fails to start up under above conditions, the troubleshooting shall be conducted, Do not run the cold engine at high speed, s0 as to avoid damage of engine. To make sure the diesel engine works normally, please apply the high-quality ight diese of © For En: er 1e with Turbocharg- 41.Before starting the vehicle, please pre-lubricate the turbocharger in fol lowing cases: ‘a.Engine not used for a long time or in winter; b.After replacement of lubricating oll or maintenance (Including discharging of lubricating ol). 2.Prevent the engine from running at idle speed for a long time (no more than 20 min), 3.When the engine is started, before the lubricating oil pressure of engine builds up, keep the engine running at idle speed for 3~5 min. If all keys fail to work, the immobilizer for engine may be dam- aged. The specific tips on saving of fuel ‘and maintenance cost are as follows: Regularly check the pressure of tyre (the check cycle is no more 4 weeks), as insufficient inflation pressure will cause tyre abrasion and fuel waste. 2.Make sure the vehicle is free from unnecessary load.
