Some people think that dieting can change a person's life for the better but others find

that it is a way to
ruin health completely. As for me two of these positions are reasonable and confirmed by many life
examples. Let me start from the considering the facts.

It is generally agreed today that the definition of dieting can’t associate with fasting. Many doctors and
coaches say that a consious starvation will bring trauma to a person's body and in some cases to mind. A
body reacts to hard diet with reserving calories and nutrients thereby people do not see a weight declining
or weight vacillation is little. In case of stopping to fast the weight a person has lost  would return back.
fasting is not a correct and useful way to get a body of the dream. Clear that shortage of nutrients brings
dropping out hair, nails’ fragility and problems with joints. More over low calorie diet inevitably ends with
energy absence.
For the great majority of people food is not only a source of nutrients but the reason of a good mood.
Doubtless people who are fasting more often feel blue, annoyed or edgy. This vicious circle forces people
to give up and lament for their genetics.

For the other hand, food restrictions concerning junk food, fatty dishes, sweet sparkling water and alcohol
could be a part of healthy lifestyle. This way of fasting helps people stay healthy longer, avoid problems
not only with extra weight but save vascular and digestive systems. Nutritionists advise to combine diet
with sport to attain great and steady result. When people reach a point it inspires for further actions. For
some people their new appearance could be a start of changing in relationship and love, an occasion to
try other field of activity. If a person who desires to lose weight is doubting about the choiсe of the most
suitable for him it is a good idea to get doctor’s consultation.

To sum up, it seems to me that a correct diet could become a habit and a basis for harmonic life.
