SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, FAB, of legal age, Filipino, single, a resident of Military Cut-off, Baguio City,
Benguet, Philippines, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT DAB, also of legal
age, single, and a resident of 362 Tam-awan Village, Baguio City to be my true lawful attorney-
in-fact, for us and our name, place and stead, and for my own use and benefit, to do and perform
all or any of the following acts and things. Namely:
1. To represent me before the BIR in connection with the processing of my business
registration located at No. 32 T. Alonzo Street, Baguio City, Benguet;

2. To pay any sum or amount requisite for the business registration such as
Registration Fees and Documentary Stamp Taxes at the BIR;

3. To receive all necessary documents requisite for the business registration such as
Certificate of Registration and Ask for Receipt;

4. And to generally do and perform all and every acts which may be requisite,
necessary or proper to carry out the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in
and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally
present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue of these presents.
