    Hi All,

    I had ordered a Treadmill from SKETRA ( A brand of Quantico) on 27th May 2020 using
    my RBL Credit Card 6 months EMI feature. The Item was couriered using Delhivery
    Services with AWB No. 3250610002122.
    This was returned by Delhivery to Sketra on 26th June for which I received a text
    and Email from Sketra after several follow ups that my Money will be refunded and
    credited back to my Credit Card on 29th June.
    More than 10 days have passed no money is credited back to my account and Sketra is
    not receiving my calls.
    Please look into the matter as I am mentally harassed here.
