Respected Sir,

Myself Vishal J Soni, TSD-WRM visited to Pune at M/s SKS Fasteners for attending customer
complaint.
Regarding delay in submission of voucher I apologize for the delay as my HOD was on leave thus
got delayed further for approval & submission. Please approve my voucher & I assure you that I
will submit all my future vouchers within 2 working days for future customer visits.

I had used Share taxi for my travel. I was not aware that we have to submit bills for Share taxi.
Hence, I did not ask bill from taxi driver. Earlier I have travelled by Share taxi for customer visit &
No bills were required to be provided for Voucher approval.
In future I shall abide by these guidelines & submit share tax bills for my next customer visits.
Kindly approve for this one-time deviation as a special case.
