INTRODUCTION
I decided to create a dessert company, the
company name Deli –Postres LEMI., The
project was born from a brainstorming, taking
this option as the most viable because it is
easily acquired products. The consumption of
desserts is spreading rapidly due to its
diversity of shapes, detail, and innovation. The
name comes from the composition of the
initials of my name and that of my daughter.
The logo was made with key colors to attract
the attention of the public such as yellow that
represents joy, happiness and energy. Blue is
a color that represents loyalty and trust, red
represents strength energy, as well as passion,
desire and love this makes our design
memorable, the image of the dessert is a
triangle turned to the right which means
growth. linear.

OBJECTIVES
Bring happiness to each of the people who try our products,
delighting the palate and sharing with the familyDeli - desserts
LEMI was created to delight the palate and bring happiness
through our variety of flavors and unique and personalized
designs for every taste. Inspiration came from innovation -
customizing each dessert according to the special date you want
to highlight.
This commercial idea is developed when seeing the need to give
something delicious and different when sharing with their special
ones
SHORT TERM In February 2021, to be the

need since the project is aimed at creating a
company. Problem Statement The problem is
based on the inadequate diet that people

diseases, poor quality of life, poor nutrition,

delicious craving for any occasion.

GEOGRAPHICAL AND LOCATION ASPECTS
Arauquita is a Colombian municipality located in the
department of Arauca. It was founded as San Lorenzo in
1675 by Jesuit missionaries led by Father Bernabé
González; During the Colony the name of El Guadual was
adopted, until in 1920 the town was renamed Arauquita.
Name: Arauquiteño, -a. With people of all ages, it can be
inferred that it is a highly populated area, with greater
commerce and housing compared to other municipalities
in the Department.

PRODUCT
The offer of products that is proposed is based
on nutrition and healthy raw materials, although
it is true they are not new elements or products,
it is the way in which you want to present and
reach the customer, giving added value that
differentiate yourself from the competition. It has
been found that it is necessary to incorporate
elements such as the presentation of the
products, the service, promoting knowledge,
advertising and communication with customers
to retain them, in addition to the variety of

in flavor, variety, good presentation and thinking about the environment, the
confectionery has reached a high level of acceptance to people of all
genders, ages and tastes, inclined to carry out concepts from all regions of
the country and international. This is how the most representative ones
have been selected for their production and marketing. Customers As
mentioned above, given the characteristics of the business, the target
audience is the people who visit our municipality, whether they are
foreigners or from other areas of the country and to people of all ages, who
require products of excellent quality and variety, according to your tastes
and needs.

This product can be consumed by people of all ages, although an

very nutritious, delicious and interesting for the consumer, it contains
great properties, it is complementary in any meal of the day, for a
visit or for the consumer's pleasure, the packaging is designed for
the correct distribution of said product with the corresponding
standards without affecting the content. Problems such as: • The

z BUSINESS DEFINITION
With this project we want to create a company dedicated to the production and
commercialization of products: -The discount rates will be studied beforehand to
know how much we can offer in case of need and as far as possible, it is very
important to discover what customers want, their needs and tastes.-In the
medium term, achieve recognition in the market for our quality, good customer
service and products.

- Promote policies and action plans aimed at improving eating habits and

z CONCLUSIONS
We can conclude that our product will be easily
acquired by the entire population, it is a nutritious
product, it helps the growth of children because it
contains nutritional composition, the packaging is very
practical and above all it contributes to caring for the
environment since the material used is biodegradable,
the price is completely affordable is aimed at the entire
non-profit population.

• Consume as quickly as possible after opening the
product
