The video talks about how we must take care
of the fisheries to reduce the problem of hunger
and save the planet..
Actuality. There is a big problem
of hunger in the world we know that our
arable (arabol) land is already on the decline
for climate (claimet) change and for this,
we must save the oceans because can provide us
much food.
Much of the fish is in the coastal (coustal) areas (eurias)
of the countries. There is something like eighty coastal
countries and we can restore a lot of our fisheries if we
focus in these areas. The video mentions
3 key (KI) things to restore the fisheries
1 set limits on how much we take
2 reduce bycatch, which is the accidental catching 
3  protect habitats, the areas that these fish need to grow
and reproduce successfully (sucsesfuly)
This works because when in some countries they
have decided (disaired) to implement policies (pólicis)
fishing increases. (incrises)
We should do this just because it's a good thing
to deal with the hunger problem, but it's
also cost-effective It doesn't need a lot of land
compared to other protein sources. 
And it doesn't need a lot of fresh water,
and It also has a very low carbon footprint.
Also, the fish is healthy for us. It can reduce our
risks of cancer,heart disease (DISIS)
and obesity (OBISIRY).
Now, another thing that must end is
illegal fishing,
many times we consume a fish
that is not what the label (leibol) says.
I found this video very interesting, and I find it a very
good alternative I hope we can reduce the problem
of hunger and we can contribute to the care of the planet
