HR department of Haleeb should use latest software for HR purposes like HRIS (Human

resource information system) which is beneficial for collecting and storing data of
organization’s employees like their name, address, age, salary, benefits, performance and
reviews etc. This data is useful for decision making of HR.

HR should consider recruiting software rather than using traditional methods for hiring
of new employees. In this way best suited employees would be hired for the company
which would prove beneficial for company's overall performance.

HR department should also try to keep high morale of employees in the workplace so
that their productivity will be increased.

HR department should keep the low turnover rate of employees, because hiring new
employees is a time consuming process as u need to train new employees first and it will
also have negative impact on reputation of company.

If HR department give special benefits and incentives to employees so they would feel motivated
and work with full devotion for betterment of the company.

HR should initiate employee referrals program so that in this way find best employees for
company because existed employees know better about company’s requirements about
current job position and they will refer best knowm people.

HR department should hire employees which according to the skills required for the job position so
that they can prove their skills accordingly and can take best decision for the betterment of
company.
