Gastón Acurio is a well-known chef not only in Peru, but also in many countries

around the world. One day, when this famous chef decided to take a cruise trip to
visit many European cities, everything was fine until a storm suddenly happened,
leaving the ship without means to communicate, but those who controlled it
managed to realize what had happened, so they sent help; many people were
saved, others died and some disappeared. Among the people they couldn't find
was Gaston Acurio. For many days’ rescuers searched for him, but could find
nothing, saying "no one could have survived long after a catastrophe like this."
Fortunately, after 2 months, some fishermen found the chef on an island, they
immediately revived him because he was very weak. No one knew how it could
have survived. When he answered questions from the press, he said that during
that time he drank water from a lagoon to survive.
