Wednesday, August 19th, 2020- Fine Arts Materials Pick-Up

Who: Fine Arts Students that need to pick up materials for fall classes
Band: Instrument, Music
Chorus: Music, Folders
Drama: Scripts/Materials
Guitar: Instrument, Book
Orchestra: Instrument, Music, Stand
Visual Art: Materials

When: Wednesday, August 19th, 9am-12:10pm

Specific times based on last name. If you cannot come during your specific window,
email your Fine Arts teacher to arrange an alternate time.
9am-9:30am: Last Name A-C
9:40am-10:10am: Last Name D-H
10:20am-10:50am: Last Name I-M
11:00am-11:30am: Last Name N-S
11:40am-12:10pm: Last Name T-Z

Where: Pickup will be at the front of Kell near

the entrance to the theater lobby.
Families will need to drive in the main
entrance off of Lee Waters Road and
around the circular drive at the
flagpole. After materials have been
placed into the car, drive out the same
entrance.

Procedure: All students and families must remain in

their vehicle at all times. When you pull
up, please inform the staff of your
name and which Fine Arts class you are
enrolled in. They will then place the
materials into your trunk or back seat.
Once materials have been delivered you
will be cleared to leave by the staff. This
procedure should only take a few
minutes.
