Case Study Submission Guidelines

Format to submit
1. You can make your presentation in any format, but while submitting, please do send in a
PDF format. You can do it in Powerpoint/Word or any other presentation format, but just
export it to PDF and submit the PDF version on the Dare2Compete platform.
2. The PDF file may not exceed 20 pages, including the first page for your team
introduction and details. Exceeding this will result in a penalty!
3. All forms of data analysis that you have done should have the associated codes/names
of the graphing software and their codes attached to the case submission. Please
append it either to the same case submission after the 20-page conclusion titled
“Appendix” or provide links to wherever you’ve written down the codes and data
visualizations and stored them (Eg: Github, Google Drive, Dropbox etc) in the case
study itself within the 20-page limit.

Judging Criteria
In no particular order, these are the broad areas of judging. You are expected to go through the
data references given in our Drive folder and your solution must address each of these with
respect to the questions in the Case Study (the exact weightage for each criterion to be
determined).
1) Feasibility of the solution, in terms of
a) Land/asset requirements
b) Monetary expenditure by the government (rough estimates will do since the
exact details aren’t given)
2) Technologies that could play a role
3) Involvement of various stakeholders and how it will have to be planned
4) Identifying vulnerable groups, making assumptions of the health-worker population,
mitigation efforts
5) Improving the scale to address billions of people in a very quick and efficient timeframe.

Final Presentation by the selected top 5 teams

● The teams shortlisted as the top 5 after the submission of the Case Study must present
their Case Submission through an online meet. They will have to share their screens to
the judges and present in the form of Powerpoint or anything else.
● It would involve convincing us why you think you believe in your approach and taking us
through your solution approach and answering some questions directed at you

Submission deadline: 16th August 2020 11:59 PM
