RESOLUTION NO. 007-2020

RESOLUTION GRANTING OMNIBUS AUTHORITY TO PUNONG BARANGAY THOMIX

SEGUMALIAN TO PRESENT BARANGAY CATAAN, SAN JOAQUIN, ILOILO TO SIGN AND ENTER
INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREENENT BETWEEN THE ILOILO PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT
AND BARANGAY CATAAN MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOAQUIN, PROVINCE OF ILOILO FOR THE
TRANSFER OF FUNDS/GRANT OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.

WHEREAS, the Iloilo Provincial Government has appropriated funds under its 2017
Annual Budget for the Implementation of Infrastructure, Purchase of Equipment/Accessories
and Socio Cultural Activities of different Barangay/Municipalities in the Province of Iloilo.

WHEREAS, Barangay Cataan, San Jaoquin, Iloilo has requested the funds/financial
assistance for the said projects;

WHEREAS, there is a need for the execution of Memorandum of Agreement In order to

release/transfer the funds as requested and approved;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Jeffry Clavel and unanimously seconded by Hon.
Frederich Sibuan;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to authorized Punong Barangay Thomix

Segumalian represent Brgy.Cataan, San Joaquin, Iloilo and sign and enter into a Memorandum
of Agreement for the transfer of funds/grant financial assistance.
