Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I’m sadly refering to you because I was not satisfied with the services provided by your agency
“Cheapotours Ltd.” In my holiday to La Massana, Andorra; thus I would like to receive a money
compensation in order to get the money that i spent with the travel agency and additional fees
back.

Firstly, I would like to complain about the performance given by the representive Suzanne Collins
sent by the agency, who did not even show up a single time, which made her rather useless and a
waste of money.

Another thing that I would like to complain about is the fact that my flight (RX791) got delayed,
resulting in a late arrival and losing one entire day of my holidays.

In addition to that, many of the features that the hotel was supposed to have were not exactly as
the itinerary said, such as the view of the sea which were minimal and difficult to see. Some other
features that were not as promised are the lift, which was broke down almost every day; the
meals provided by the hotel were rather bland, and, of course, the “small fees” mentioned in the
itinerary turned out to be too expensive.

I require at least part of the money back since the hoilday did not go as expected and I even had to
pay additional fees, for example, I had to pay for transport (Taxi ride worth almost 20 €) since the
representative did not show up.
